The service form collects your name, mobile number, Chennai area or postcode, microwave problem and contact consent. You may also provide an email address, appliance details and appointment preferences.
Why it is used
The information is used to assess your service enquiry, confirm coverage, arrange contact and prepare for a microwave service visit. It is not collected for unrelated advertising.
How it is delivered
A valid enquiry is processed by FormSubmit and forwarded by email to technicsuresh@gmail.com. FormSubmit acts as the website’s form-delivery provider. The customer’s details are used by Technic Spot only to respond to the service enquiry.
Spam protection
The website uses a hidden bot-detection field, request-origin checks and submission rate limits. A challenge-based anti-spam check may also be enabled when needed.
Retention and deletion
FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Technic Spot should keep enquiry emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
